If you wish to return your order, please let us know via email within 14 days of receiving the order. Unused and unworn items in original packaging can be returned.
To return items please follow these steps:
- notify us via email
- fill the Returns form and send it back to us together with the items you’d like to return.
- pack the items you wish to return carefully, so they are not damaged during transport
- send the package with the items and Returns form via registered mail or courier to the following address:

Once we receive the package, we will process it as soon as possible. We’ll be in touch with you via email. Payment refund for the value of returned goods will be returned the same way you payed.
Please note that don't cover the return shipping price cost - this is your responsibility. Also note that if we receive your returned items and evaluate them used or damaged, we may only refund you a part of the full price you payed.
If you participate in a promotion and receive a free gift with your order and then decide to return the items in your ordered, you are obliged to return the free gift as well.

We don't accept exchange requests due to operational reasons. You can always return and place a new order. Thank you for understanding.
